What is Constellation Healing?

Constellation Healing is a therapeutic practice rooted in family systems therapy, existential phenomenology, and ancestral reverence. Originally inspired by Virginia Satir’s family sculpture therapy, it’s been expanded to include epigenetics, quantum principles, and indigenous wisdom.

This work reveals the energetic imprints passed down through our lineage, often invisible but deeply felt.

It helps us disentangle from pain that doesn’t belong to us… and return it to where it came from, with reverence.

Constellation Healing works with:
